That’s when his power is gained from the allies! He has to do it the maintain his power so he’s not a strong man but just a subordinate leader to Sdach Kragn around him! If only he were stronger, our country would be better and just like Singapore with the only one leader!

Thanks for your comments! We, Cambodian people, are not familiar with such service before. Yeah! it’s for everyone but it seems that its target is not the rich, isn’t it? M doubtful if the rich in Cambodia prefer such a means of money transfer rather than the bank transfer. Actually, my research topic is related to “financing the poor” so I think such a technique is really beneficial for the poor. If only Wing could provide loan and other financial services, I would appreciate much!

Its not ’so called’ it is here and now. And not just for the poor, its for everyone. I come from Australia and we do not have this technology there as internet banking is so prevalent. I will find it hard leaving Cambodia and not being about to top up my phone or send money to my friends as easy as it is to send an SMS.
